2002 porsche 911 turbo x50. vin: wp0ab29992s687319. msrp $142,055. 33,169 miles. 6-speed manual. guards red. graphite grey full leather interior. clean carfax. books, manuals, 2 keys, tools, car cover, jack & spare. this great looking 996 twin turbo comes in the original guards red paint on graphite grey full leather interior. Both in and out, the condition is spectacular! There has never been any paintwork! Readings on all panels are between 3. 8mil - 5. 2mil. the car comes fitted with the highly desirable and expensive factory x50 option, which stands for larger turbochargers, intercoolers, revised ecu and exhaust. All these sum up to higher horsepower, taking the motor from the standard 415 hp to 450 hp! another expensive option that this car is fitted with is the factory turbo aerokit, which gives the car a much sleeker and racier look. the car has just been serviced, which consisted of a new clutch hydro accumulator, front pulley system, and drive belt. All the fluids, oil, filters, and plugs have been checked, and everything is good. everything is fully functional and the performance is spot on! the 996 turbos have been steadily climbing in price, and it would not be a big surprise if the premium optioned examples sky rocket in the near future. The engine was designed by hans metzger, probably the best porsche engine designer ever. Metzger designed the engines for my porsche factory team cars that we won the 2000 american le mans series with. They were absolutely bulletproof, enabling us to win 10 out of 12 races. We also won the european le mans series in 2000. The 996 turbo engines are not the same design as used in the normal 996 911's. There was a intermediate shaft bearing problem with those cars and some have thought the turbo's also had a problem. Metzger's engines feature a totally different design. However, please do verify with us before purchasing that all the information is correct and up to date. Also, unless we take deposit, any car is fair play and up for sale. . CD Changer
